Thank you for choosing a SÖNER watch, made with a commitment to technical excellence, careful research and timeless design.

What the warranty covers

The warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship that exist when your watch is delivered. During the warranty period, covered defects are repaired free of charge.

If a repair cannot restore your watch to full working order, we replace it with an identical model or a model with comparable characteristics. A replacement watch keeps the warranty period of the original watch.

Straps and bracelets

All straps and bracelets are covered by a 24-month international warranty against material or manufacturing defects.

Proof of purchase

Bought at sonerwatches.com: your order confirmation is your proof of purchase. No certificate is needed.

Bought from a SÖNER retailer: the warranty certificate must be completed, dated and stamped by the retailer, with the model number and the case or serial number.

How to make a claim

Email info@sonerwatches.com with your order number and a short description of the problem. A photo helps. We will guide you through the next steps.
