我們的承諾

感謝您選擇 SÖNER 手錶，每一款都秉持精湛工藝、縝密研究與雋永設計的理念打造。

保固涵蓋範圍

保固涵蓋手錶交付時即存在的材料或工藝瑕疵。在保固期間內，符合保固範圍的瑕疵可免費維修。

如果維修後仍無法讓手錶恢復正常運作，我們會以相同型號或特性相近的型號更換。替換手錶沿用原手錶的保固期限。

錶帶與錶鍊

所有錶帶和金屬錶鍊均享有 24 個月國際保固，保障材料或製造瑕疵。

購買證明

於 sonerwatches.com 購買：您的訂單確認函即為購買證明。無需證書。

向 SÖNER 零售商購買：保固證書必須由零售商填寫、註明日期並蓋章，並載明型號及錶殼號碼或序號。

如何提出索賠

請寄送電子郵件至 info@sonerwatches.com，並提供訂單編號及問題簡述。附上照片會更有幫助。我們會引導您完成後續步驟。
