You can return your watch within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. There are no catches. We only ask that the watch is unused, in the same condition as when you received it, and sent back in its original packaging: box, labels and stickers included.
Your order confirmation is your proof of purchase.

Return shipping is free. You use our prepaid, trackable label, and we take responsibility for the parcel on its way back to us.
When your return arrives, we inspect it and email you to confirm. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method, in full.
Complimentary items, such as the leather travel case, should be returned together with the watch. If a return means an order no longer meets the terms of a campaign offer, the refund is adjusted accordingly.
If your watch arrives damaged or defective, we replace it with the same item. Email info@sonerwatches.com and we will arrange the replacement.
Your watch ships within 24 hours, fully insured, and arrives in 5 to 8 days. Signature required on delivery. Returns are free within 30 days of delivery and fully refunded.
