International Warranty

SÖNER is pleased that you have selected a timepiece from our collection, created with the brand’s commitment to technical excellence, thoughtful research, and timeless design.

SÖNER grants you, from the date of purchase, a 10-year international warranty on all SÖNER watch models, under the terms described in this warranty. All watch straps and bracelets are also covered by a 24-month international warranty for any material or manufacturing defects.

The SÖNER international warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship that exist at the time your SÖNER watch is delivered. The warranty is valid only when the warranty certificate has been fully completed, dated, and authenticated by an official SÖNER retailer. During the warranty period, and upon presentation of a valid warranty certificate, you are entitled to have any covered defect repaired free of charge. If a repair cannot restore your SÖNER watch to full working order, SÖNER will replace it with an identical model or a model with comparable characteristics.

The warranty for any replacement watch remains aligned with the original warranty period of the replaced timepiece.

PLEASE NOTE

The warranty is valid only if the warranty certificate provided with your SÖNER watch at the time of purchase is correctly completed, dated, and stamped by an authorized SÖNER retailer.

SÖNER will not accept any warranty claims for watches that do not meet these conditions.

Stamp or sticker from the retailer, handwritten purchase date, model number, and case/serial number are required.
