Last Friday I attended the Nordic Watch Awards, a gathering that truly celebrates the art of fine watchmaking in the Nordics. It was inspiring to meet fellow independent brands, collectors, and enthusiasts who share the same passion for craftsmanship and design. The level of innovation and creativity on display reminded me why I started Söner Watches in the first place: to create something distinct in a world of repetition.
On Saturday, I had the privilege of exhibiting Söner Watches at Stockholm Time 2025, Sweden’s premier watch fair. It was an incredible experience to showcase our rectangular timepieces to a diverse and curious audience. Many visitors were surprised to learn that Söner is the only watch brand in the world exclusively dedicated to rectangular analog watches. The positive response, thoughtful questions, and genuine excitement from attendees made the event unforgettable.
Moments like these confirm that the watch community values originality, authenticity, and bold design. I’m deeply grateful to everyone who stopped by our stand, tried on a watch, or simply shared a story.
