The dial colour is very beautiful and elegant. The watch size is perfect in my small wrist. This is one of the best watch in my collection.

When I ordered my watch from Soner, I made a mistake and ordered the wrong size watch strap. I noticed my mistake the next day and contacted Soner, asking to revise my order. The customer service representative told me my watch had already been packaged for shipping, and it was too late to change it. I was told I could exchange the band after my watch was delivered. It was my mistake, I understood. But an hour later, I got an email from the CEO, Freddie Palmgren. My watch hadn’t yet left their offices, and he was able to find it and switch out the band before it shipped. My watch arrived a few days ago, and the new watch strap is perfect. The watch is beautiful and is keeping good time. My customer service experience with Soner sets the high standard in a world where good customer service is hard to find.
