A Bold, Balanced Design
I could have bought any watch I wanted, regardless of price, and I chose the Amorous Sydney. Why? Because Freddie absolutely nailed the design. It’s a rare piece that blends masculine strength with a refined elegance, that balance is hard to get right, and Soner pulled it off.

I’m always skeptical about online purchases of higher-end accessories. You’re never fully sure what you’re going to get. So I took a bit of a gamble when I picked up my Söner. Boy am I glad that I did! The watch is of the highest quality. Its minimalist design and humble form factor pair exquisitely with my suit. The glass and metal are top notch. I have received numerous compliments already. And at this price point, it is nearly impossible to beat!

My Red Legacy Tribune in polished steel with steel mesh band gets plenty of looks. Love the simple yet elegant design. It’s unique enough to peak people’s interest about it but is not overly flashy. I like that Söner has decided to stick exclusively with rectangular watches (my personal favorite for myself) and excel in it rather than trying to be the best at all watch types.
The personalized leather case is also a nice bonus.

My Nostalgia Stockholm is my first Soner and I'm extremely please with the quality. I order the steel bracelet and the smooth leather strap so it's almost like getting 2 watches for the price of one. The quick-change pins in the strap and bracelet are easy to use. I have a nice rectangular Baume & Mercier watch but now that I have the Soner it will be the one I wear 90% of the time. I'm very pleased with the look of the black dial. I'll no doubt order more styles and finishes.
I was looking for a bit of a 'retro' style watch and came across Soner. I saw the Nostalgia Stockholm (black face) watch and liked the styling of the watch face. Unfortunately, the bands were not what I was looking for so I reached out to the company to see if i could get the metal mesh band for the watch face. To my surprise, I engaged with Freddie who took it upon himself to go to one of his suppliers and secure me a band style that I liked. I ordered the watch with a different band (one of the options on the website) and Freddie interceded to send me the band he secured for me. I received the watch without a hitch and love the combination, style, fit and feel. Rare to find something of this quality for what I consider a moderate price but rarer still to receive this level of customer service - and from the owner of the company! Based on my experience, I strongly recommend the watch and the company.
I wanted a watch that was thin, would work a long time without service, be usable as is when the need comes up and would look good on my wrist. Saw the Söner watch on youtube and liked how it looked. First I was hesitant to order from a small brand but I read reviews that assured me that the pruduct is good and owner is very passionate about his products and company. So I placed in my order - delivery took a bit long as this was the launch of the new line.
When I got it I could feast my eyes on the leather pouch, straps and the watch that all looked stunning. It would have looked nice on my wrist if the strap would have been longer to fit me... But no problem - One email later we sorted out the issue with Freddie, a longer strap was sent to me and week later I could try it on. Looks absolutely stunning, looking forward to using the Nostalgia Stockholm on formal occasions when I have to wear a suit - in addition to occasional casual use.
I have been keeping my eyes open for the right rectangular watch for some time. By chance I saw a Momentum for sale in my local market. I had never heard of this brand before. I decided the size might be a little too big for me but I began doing a little research. I had a very lovely and helpful exchange with Freddie and ordered the Nostalgia Stockholm. Loved the leather case…..a little something different from the usual box. And the watch was much better in person then in pictures. The case work is what got me in the first place….and when I saw it in person I was very excited. I look forward to years of enjoyment wearing this watch. I think Söner's line-up offers terrific value. For me too I love supporting smaller independents when I can.

It's a beatiful and original watch, the polished finish is perfect and I love the hour marks on the watch. International shipping went smooth. The only thing I would change about this watch is the logo on the crown. The unpolished background sticks out and makes it look a bit cheap in my opinion. But that's a small thing on an otherwise amazing and affordable square watch.
