There are no catches or exemptions, all we ask is that the products are sent back in the original packing, and the wristwatches are in the same unused condition as when you got them.
- All the watches must be in the unused condition that you got them and in the original box, label, and stickers.
- You need to have the original Söner by Sweden Receipt.
- You can only return any products you have purchased from our wristwatch website within 30 days of receiving it.
- Söner by Sweden does not take responsibilities for any item lost during the return shipping.
